Mark P. Marotta has joined the North Jersey Collaborative Law Group (NJCLG). This collaborative law practice group is comprised of specially trained professionals including lawyers; accountants and mental health professionals who dedicate themselves to using a "team approach" to resolve divorces without resort to litigation. Mr. Marotta has also become a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Law Professionals (IACP).

David S. Lafferty completed a four year appointment to the District IIA (Bergen County North) District Ethics Committee. Appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, Mr. Lafferty was Chair of the Committee for the 2008-2009 term.Kevin P. Kelly was appointed Vice Chair of the District IIA Ethics Committee. The Committee is responsible for the investigation and adjudication of grievances against attorneys residing or practicing in Bergen County.
